The British Virgin Islands
Choosing your stay on DOLCEVITACAT gives you the freedom to explore the beautiful BVIs, one of worlds best sailing destinations. It’s an Archipelago of 60 islands and cays, with pristine palm-fringed, sandy beaches, rugged peaks and rich vegetation. The islands stretch around the protected Sir Frances Drake Channel, where you can move between the larger islands. – Tortola, Peter Island, Cooper Island, Jost Van Dyke, Virgin Gorda and Anegada, the coral-reef island famous for its lobster – and those that are smaller and more intimate.
You can spend your days snorkeling among the boulders at Virgin Gordas’ The Baths or watch the flamingos at Anegadas salt pond, Furthermore you can pay the world famous beach bars, ‘The soggy dollar bar’ and the Foxys at Jost Van Dyke, a visit or anchor in front of Sandy cay and Sandy Spit which are desert islands par excellence, just on the eastern tip of Jost.
You can also just chill on the flybridge while one of your favorite cocktails are being served or go to shore and have a chat with other sociable sailors and feel the islands friendly vibe.
